This sophisticated Gearhart, Oregon vacation rental beach house sits on a large private lot with a big back yard. It is conveniently located on the beach side of Marion three blocks south of the Gearhart golf course clubhouse and is just a two-block walk to the beach on the Oregon Coast.

We have recently remodeled the entire Gearhart beach house with all modern conveniences but traditional beach charm exists throughout. The Master Bedroom is spacious and has a TV.

The kitchen is totally refurbished with new appliances including gas range, microwave, granite surfaces and all the amenities for gourmet cooking. Dining for 14+. Off the kitchen is a large pantry/utility room with storage.

The spacious living room is light and bright with comfy furniture, a game table and a wood burning fireplace with gas starter. The light-filled Sun Room off the Living Room has Cable TV/DVD/VHS and a sleeper sofa. There is wireless DSL internet throughout.

The rear deck has patio furniture and a Weber grill – perfect for entertaining by the beach. There is plenty of off street parking.
